The Wake Forest University Pre-College Programs Department delivers inspiring, hands-on learning experiences for high school students, helping them explore academic passions, develop leadership skills, and prepare for their futures.
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and collaborative Program Manager to help lead the Summer Immersion Program – a signature offering that brings students to Wake Forest University’s campus for week-long, experiential institutes. The Program Manager will play a central role in recruitment, marketing, logistics, student experience, and operational management of the Summer Immersion Program, while also supporting other Pre-College initiatives such as the Online Immersion Program and the College LAUNCH for Leadership Program. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, is highly organized, and can build strong relationships with students, families, faculty, and partners.
