Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior Project/Program Manager with an active TS/SCI clearance to lead cost accounting, establish program baselines, and maintain a Reliability and Maintainability program at client sites. You will oversee vendors and subcontractors, advise on staffing levels and skill mix, and analyze operations to ensure goals are met, including consideration of automation to boost efficiency.

Up to 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility
• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• PMP certification required

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance with SAP eligibility
• Bachelor's degree
• TEN (10) or more years' of Project/Program Management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DoW, military/civilian personnel and industry partners
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Project and Excel)
• Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic area of responsibility

The annual salary range for this position is $132,600.00-$198,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
