The role coordinates new business pipeline and proposals, requires strong program management and business development knowledge, and involves managing teams of over 50 personnel, labor relations, and strategic planning.

Job description

Cape Fox subsidiary Kwaan Tech is seeking a qualified Program Manager. The Program Manager will work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve program performance and business growth objectives and identify challenges that may lie ahead. The Program Manager will provide senior operational program support for contract program operations and will directly supervise and manage program performance to ensure service delivery meets contractual requirements and are conducted within the guidelines and directives.

The Program Manager will coordinate and strategize the company new business pipeline and business proposal activities for new business opportunities. The Program Manager must be knowledgeable ofprogram management and business development. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provides program management support for the execution of service delivery, staffing, quality control, and contract management
• Develops and fosters key customer relationships for existing contracts and targeted opportunities.

This position offers an annual salary in the range of$170,000 to $180,000, commensurate with candidate's relevant experience, education, and skills.*
