Job description

cFocus Software seeks a Program Manager to join our program supporting HUD. This position is fully remote and requires active Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications:

• Masters or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Experience managing competing, multiple vendors, across functional technology and infrastructure projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge in Enterprise Transformation efforts, through directing, managing, implementing and executing business and technology related solutions and project teams that involve shared services, assessments, design, business case development, IT strategy, planning, performance management, IT effectiveness, benchmarking, operating, systems integration, cloud architecture and infrastructure management.
• Ability to execute strategy and deliverables, as well as write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently to all levels of industry audience, clients and internal staff and management.

Duties:

• Ensure compliance with all HUD regulations and guidelines.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to effectively manage HUD-funded programs.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance to ensure objectives are met.
• Prepare and submit reports on program progress and expenditures to federal agencies and other stakeholders.
• Track program metrics and outcomes to assess the effectiveness of HUD initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Recommend changes or improvements to the program based on data analysis and feedback.
• Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for housing and community development initiatives.
• Analyze trends in housing needs and make recommendations for program adjustments.
• Advocate for changes in policy to improve housing access and quality in underserved communities.
