About the role:We are seeking a highly capable Program Manager to lead a sophisticated naval program. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of the program—from planning and execution to monitoring and continuous growth. You will manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources while ensuring successful outcomes aligned with strategic goals. The position also demands strong communication with government customers, including performance updates and opportunity identification for program expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government customers; manage expectations, requirements, schedule, and budget
  • Develop strategic goals to support program growth and scalability
  • Plan, manage, and track programming milestones and deadlines
  • Manage contracts and associated budgets effectively
  • Delegate responsibilities to appropriate team members based on expertise
  • Make informed, timely decisions to navigate complex project scenarios
  • Maintain alignment of project activities with leadership goals and objectives
  • Conduct quality control throughout all phases of the program lifecycle

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, and performance metrics
  • Proven experience with planning and execution to monitoring and continuous growth.
  • Familiarity with DoD 5000 acquisition processes
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills and Experience: PMP or DAU certifications

Education and Certification Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in management, science, or equivalent experience

Citizenship and Clearance requirement:US Citizenship and Active Top Secret/SCI required

Location:Remote; Washington, DC | Northern Virginia | Maryland

Work Environment:Primarily remote with on-site classified work as needed; up to 10% travel. PMAT offices as needed. In some cases, work in a government facility may be required. Travel may be required for customer engagement, team coordination, and potentially for business development.
