Opportunity Overview

Opportunity Overview: CORTEK seeks a qualified Program/Contract Manager to oversee the performance and daily operations of a federal contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or business, contract management, and program execution. This role requires leadership, strategic planning, and coordination with government stakeholders.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters
  • Manage project planning, execution, and performance tracking
  • Supervise analysts and consultants assigned to contract tasks
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and government regulations
  • Designate and oversee Alternate Program Manager (APM) responsibilities
  • Maintain availability during standard business hours, excluding federal holidays
  • Coordinate with government personnel and ensure smooth contract operations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business
  • Minimum of 4 years of program management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Expertise in:
    • Requirements definition
    • Contract management
    • Budget and schedule control
    • Personnel supervision
    • Task execution and performance oversight
