Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 3+ years in contact center transformation or CX programs
• Strong knowledge of contact center technologies (IVR, ACD, CRM, WFM, speech analytics, etc.)
• Proven ability to drive large-scale, multi-track programs involving operations and technology change
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills
• Proficient in project tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
