We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dependable Program Manager to lead and oversee strategic client programs. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in project or program management, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and consistently follow through on commitments. This individual will serve as a primary liaison with clients, ensuring a seamless experience while managing multiple workstreams with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with professionalism and clarity
• Lead program planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with client goals and organizational standards
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, documentation, and performance reports
• Ensure timely follow-up and completion of all deliverables and action items
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that project milestones are consistently met
• Plan and facilitate client webinars, virtual events, and strategic meetings (preferred experience)
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across internal teams, holding stakeholders accountable to deadlines and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management
• Demonstrated success in a client-facing role with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• High level of accountability and commitment to timely execution
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Notion, Google Workspace, and Zoom
• Experience in planning and managing webinars or virtual client events is preferred
