With a strong focus on secure data processing and next-gen semiconductor design, this company partners with both government and commercial clients.

This is an opportunity to lead complex product development efforts at the intersection of hardware and software, supporting projects that require strong technical understanding, agile coordination, and clear communication across teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead program execution across multiple engineering teams (ASIC, SoC, software), ensuring progress aligns with timelines and product goals
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape product roadmaps and define key milestones
• Drive proactive risk management and help resolve roadblocks to maintain momentum
• Foster open communication across technical, executive, and external stakeholders
• Implement and refine project management best practices, tools, and workflows
• Keep teams aligned on priorities, dependencies, and delivery expectations

What We’re Looking For

• 8–10 years of program management experience in a semiconductor or hardware-focused environment
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware/software development cycles
• Proven experience coordinating across engineering disciplines (ASIC, SoC, firmware/software)
• Excellent communication skills—able to bridge technical depth and strategic goals
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent work experience)
