Pay Range: $85 to $90/hour on W2

This role is pivotal in defining the direction and execution of complex technology programs, acting as the central point of contact between business needs and technical delivery. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable business outcomes are achieved. The position requires a blend of strategic vision, leadership, and hands‑on program management to drive modernization and deliver reliable, secure technology solutions.
