Indium Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead execution for its most complex, high-visibility global customers. The role sits at the nexus of engineering, manufacturing and commercial teams to ensure flawless delivery from NPI through high-volume production.

You will drive cross-functional alignment, anticipate risks, maintain schedules and program documentation, and coordinate global teams across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of program management experience with cross-functional, multi-site teams.
• Background in electronics manufacturing, advanced materials, or technology supply chain preferred.
• Experience with NPI-to-mass-production cycles.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Program Manager is responsible for leading execution for our most complex, high-visibility global customers. This role serves as a central connection point between engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams to ensure flawless delivery from new product introduction (NPI) through high-volume production. The Program Manager drives cross-functional alignment, anticipates and mitigates risks, and ensures customer commitments are met even as priorities shift. This strategic leadership position is accountable for execution excellence, clear communication, and global team coordination throughout the program lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):

• Lead execution of complex global programs from prototype to high-volume production
• Anticipate and mitigate risks across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field required; master’s degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
• 5 years of experience managing programs involving cross-functional, multi-site teams
• Background in electronics manufacturing, advanced materials, or technology supply chain preferred
• Familiarity with NPI-to-mass-production cycles
• Experience supporting top-tier, global technology manufacturers especially in semiconductor/electronics backend
• Proven ability to lead without direct authority, and influence cross-functional teams
• Strategic and analytical thinker who plans contingencies and foresees issues
• Highly organized and disciplined, with a hands‑on approach to problem-solving
• Clear, proactive communicator who simplifies complexity and keeps stakeholders aligned
• Thrives amid change and ambiguity, remaining calm and focused under pressure
• Naturally curious, eager to understand manufacturing and process details
• Demonstrated success managing programs in high-tech, manufacturing, or materials sectors
• Provide own source of transportation for any local/day travel, including travel between Indium Corporation facilities

The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the range for the position. The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill, and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, and internal equity.

$74,500 - $123,500 annually
