CHD Meadows Homes is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and operational oversight of 4-5 residential homes supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Program Manager is responsible for supervising House Supervisors and providing oversight to more than 50 direct care staff. On-call responsibilities Monday - Friday and rotating weekends.
This leadership position oversees all aspects of residential operations, including staffing, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, health and safety practices, person-centered supports, ISP implementation, budget management, staff development, and program performance. The Program Manager works collaboratively with individuals served, families, DDS, and internal support departments to ensure high-quality services and positive outcomes. The position serves as a key member of the Meadows leadership team and supports the organization's mission, values, and commitment to excellence in service delivery.
