Job description

Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to support our proposal effort Administrative Support Services in Norco, CA.

• Will be responsible for the day‑day tactical duties for the program.
• Will be responsible for the administrative/operational leadership of this project within the program guidelines set by the Program Manager and customer.
• Will monitor projects to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.
• Will provide coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensure all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
• May conduct performance/project analyses during phase‑down to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
  • BA/S is required in addition to eight years (8) of experience
  • Experience working in a Department of Navy (DON)
  • Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Target salary is $100K-$120K, commensurate with experience.
  • Physical Demands:
    • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
    • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
    • Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

      SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
