Job summary

Matric, an award-winning contract electronics manufacturer celebrating its 50th anniversary, is accepting applications for a Program Manager to join our team in Pennsylvania. You will oversee account management for multi-million-dollar accounts, focusing on margin controls, BOM management, and obsolete components.

You will coordinate operations across departments to ensure programs meet specifications, budgets and timelines, and manage day-to-day activities for customer accounts including

Qualifications

• Provide account management to multi-million-dollar accounts with emphasis on margin controls and BOM management.
• Coordinate the operation of departments to complete programs on time and within budgets.
• Manage day-to-day Matric customer accounts, including pull-in requests and NCRs.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• High school/business school graduate with 3–5 years in a related area; Associate or Bachelor desirable.
• 3–5 years of electronic manufacturing, technical experience, and program management experience.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Provide account management to multi-million-dollar accounts, with special attention to Margin Controls, Bill of Materials Management, ongoing obsolete component management.
• Coordinates the operation of departments to confirm that assigned programs are completed according to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Manages the day-to-day activities for Matric customer accounts along with company-developed products. To include all pull in requests, NCRs required for customer, and update stock jobs per customer needs.
• Exceptional customer service, problem-solving skills and strong attention to det detail
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• High School/Business School graduate with at least 3-5 years previous work experience in a related area. Associate or Bachelor of Science degree desirable.
• 3-5 years of electronic manufacturing, technical experience, and program management experience.
