Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of program management experience within electronics contract manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing multiple programs and priorities simultaneously in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems to support program execution and reporting.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to analyze program performance and drive effective problem-solving initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
