Job summary

Matric is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Pennsylvania. This role focuses on developing and improving manufacturing processes across PCB, cable, and box-build operations.

You will implement engineering changes, create work instructions, and support tooling, quoting, and continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to ITAR and CMMC Level 2 requirements.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in OEM or contract electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with SMT, thru-hole, or cable manufacturing.
• US work authorization required; ITAR/CUI awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes.
• Support PCB, cable and box-build operations.
• Implement engineering changes and create work instructions.
• Assist with tooling, quoting and continuous improvement.

What You Need to be Successful in this Role:

• Able to develop and improve manufacturing process
• Support PCB, cable and box-build operations
• Implement engineering changes and work instructions
• Support tooling, quoting and continuous improvement

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• OEM or contract electronic manufacturing experience
• SMT, Thru-hole or Cable manufacturing experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work with ITAR and CUI under the CMMC Level 2 requirements
