Augustine Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager at Scott AFB to lead IT service support for ARTRANS global C4ISR and distribution operations.

You will report to senior leaders and oversee transitions, reporting, logistics, and program feasibility within a sensitive government environment. The role requires an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one, a related degree with extensive management experience, and a track record of successful multi-project delivery in

Qualifications

• Requires US Government security clearance and US citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field with 10 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management and supervision of military hardware/software development.
• Minimum 5 years of systems analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate program performance and status to senior military and civilian stakeholders.
• Lead transitions from IOC to FOC, including incumbent overlap.
• Author and submit Monthly Status Reports covering status, milestones, actions, costs and metrics.
• Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities.
• Formulate and review feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to standards.
• Interpret policies and goals of the organization for subordinates.
• Manage logistics support analysis for military systems.
• Identify and utilize company resources to meet technical objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

ACI is a Woman‑Owned Small Business professional services provider of engineering and technical services to the United States Government. We seek an experienced Program Manager to serve as a part of the company’s Government Programs team by providing comprehensive IT service capability to support the U.S. Army Transportation Command's (ARTRANS) global C4ISR and distribution operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate program performance and status to senior military and civilian stakeholders, including O-6 and GS-15 level leaders.
• Lead the Transition-In effort through Initial Operational Capability (IOC) and Full Operational Capability (FOC), including execution of the required incumbent overlap period.
• Author and submit Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) covering project status, new projects and milestones, problems and corrective actions, personnel status, required Government actions, travel, accumulated ODC/Travel CLIN costs, customer satisfaction metrics, and open trouble tickets.
• Organize, direct, and coordinate, planning and implementation of all contract support activities.
• Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, and ensure conformance to work standards.
• Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organization for subordinates.
• Manage logistics support analysis for military systems.
• Identify, acquire, and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Due to the sensitive nature of this work, a US Government security clearance is required, and all applicants must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
• Must currently possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Related degree fields include Computer Science, Cyber Security, Data Science, Information Systems Technology, and Software Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or
• Master's degree in a directly related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis.
