Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation is seeking an experienced logistics manager to oversee a team supporting the SCMS division at NAWCAD WOLF in Kentucky. The role focuses on material planning, BOM analysis, and lifecycle logistics across multiple projects.

The candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience, a technical/engineering or business background, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring delivery and compliance. Eligible for U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate/HSD/GED with required years of relevant experience.
• At least three years of C5ISR project logistics experience.
• Experience leading lifecycle logistics, BOMs, replenishments, and ECPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics team for SCMS division at NAWCAD WOLF.
• Coordinate BOM analysis and material planning.
• Ensure timely production and replenishment while maintaining compliance.

Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $76,350.00/Yr. - USD $127,250.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Description

• Providing overall management and supervision of logistic team members supporting the Special Communication Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division at NAWCAD WOLF

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and at least five years of relevant experience; OR an Associates degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and at least nine years of relevant experience; OR a High School Diploma / General Education Development (GED) and at least eleven years of relevant experience
• Of the minimumyears of relevant experience, at least three of those years must include C5ISR projects associated with acquisition resource planning and the development and/or modification of Bill of Materials (BOMs)
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and leading the logistical functions of multiple C5ISR projects
• Demonstrated experience leading the life cycle of a product including resource planning for acquisition, reporting of parts and consumables, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal
• Demonstrated experience analyzing BOMs and planning for replenishments, substitutes of parts/materials, production set-ups, and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
• Demonstrated experience resolving schedule, material, or system problems with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience approving part or material requisitions and initiate production and purchase orders
• Demonstrated experience leading optimization of sourcing, allocations, distributions, and inventory control
