Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation is looking for a qualified candidate to lead a project team for the Special Communication Mission Solutions Division at NAWCAD WOLF. The role requires significant experience with C5ISR platforms, project management, and preparing budgets and project plans. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or equivalent experience, and must hold a Top Secret security clearance due to the nature of the work. Competitive salary up to $144,900 annually and generous benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must have at least three years of experience with C5ISR platforms.
• Experience overseeing and managing multiple C5ISR projects is essential.
• Candidates must possess a U.S. Government Security Clearance at the Top Secret level.

Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $87,000.00/Yr. - USD $144,900.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

• Leading a project team supporting the Special Communication Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division at NAWCAD WOLF

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD

Requirements

• Candidates not meeting all of the following requirements will not be considered for hire:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, technical, or business discipline and six years of experience OR
• Associates degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and 10 years of experience OR
• High School Diploma / General Educational Development (GED) and 12 years of experience
• Experience:
• At least three years of experience with production / fabrication processes and procedures associated with C5ISR platforms AND
• Demonstrated experience overseeing and managing specific C5ISR projects or groups of C5ISR projects and serving as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management AND
• Demonstrated experience identifying technical, staffing and tooling resources AND
• Demonstrated experience reviewing and preparing work orders that include budgets, cost estimates, project execution plans, schedules, and inputs to status reports AND
• Demonstrated experience managing daily operations and oversight of the standardization of SCRIF processes and procedures AND
• Demonstrated experience with air platforms and ground mobile systems.
