Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to support a Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific project. The PM will oversee a group of systems engineers, software developers, trainers, and analysts, and will interact directly with Government PM/leads.

This position is on-site and contingent upon award. The role requires deep experience in SW development project management, systems engineering processes, and security clearances as applicable to government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• 8+ years of experience with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with system engineering processes and integration workflows.
• Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of systems engineers, software developers, trainers, and analysts.
• Coordinate with Government PM/leads on NIWC Pacific project.

Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $96,600.00/Yr. - USD $160,850.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Description

SRC is looking for an Engineering Program Manager to support a Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific project. The PM will oversee a group of systems engineers, software developers, trainers, and analysts. They will work directly with the Government PM/leads and sit on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or IT
• 10+ years of experience managing SW development projects
• Eight plus years of experience with MS Project, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence
• Familiarity with system engineering processes and integration workflows
• Security+ certification

Desired Skills

• PMP or CAPM certification
• Previous experience in a systems engineering or software engineering role
• Prior experience with NIWC Pacific or NIWC Atlantic initiatives
• Experience in Information Operations (IO)/Information Warfare (IW)/Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)

Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL
