Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Security Compliance Identity & Management team supporting critical projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology which will align successfully in the organization.

Program Manager

Location: Remote (PST hours)

Pay Range: $39 - $43/hr on W2

Duration: 18 months contract

What's the Job?

• Lead the development and maintenance of training documents and processes.
• Manage projects and facilitate meetings to ensure timely completion of objectives.
• Create content based on discussions from team meetings.
• Support and train security defenders in compliance and identity products.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the team through innovative solutions.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in project management and customer engagement.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with security products and training development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and improve processes in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with ADO and PowerBI is a plus.
