Accountabilities:

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of cross-functional programs, with a focus on transparency and measurable outcomes
• Facilitate regular meetings, steering committees, and executive updates, driving decisions and surfacing risks early
• Maintain and evolve detailed project plans, ensuring resources are aligned and sequencing is optimized
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to track deliverables, milestones, and progress
• Translate strategic initiatives into structured, executable programs across multiple functions
• Monitor project status with meticulous documentation and escalate key decisions as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex programs or projects in a technical or operational context
• Proficiency with project management tools; experience with Jira or Monday.com is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of tracking multiple moving parts
• Strong communicator with a direct, clear, and collaborative style—especially when navigating ambiguity
• A flexible and curious mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
