Alluvionic is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division. The role focuses on planning, executing, and managing financial and programming activities under a federal contract with Navy ERP experience required.

Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance. Location is Port Hueneme, CA, on-site/hybrid, with a salary range of $173,892 - $226,414 per year.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, MBA or other technical field.

• PMP certification or DAWIA III in Program Management.

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, M.B.A. or other Technical Degree
• At least 20 years of relevant experience supporting Navy programs
• A current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAWIA III in Program Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting organizations within the NAVSEA Warfare Centers enterprise
• Familiarity with NSWC Port Hueneme Division missions, processes, and stakeholder environments
• Background in managing multidisciplinary teams supporting Department of Defense programs
• Knowledge of federal contracting rules and Navy financial management policies and procedures
• Proficiency with Navy ERP processes and project-related tools
