EHCG provides top-tier services in areas including Business Systems Services, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and Dashboarding, Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) Implementation, Legacy System Optimization, Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, Integration and Modernization, and Risk Management Framework Processes (RMF).

Job Description
EHCG is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large software development effort for our government client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, Agile development, stakeholder engagement, and federal contracting. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with government standards, and delivering high-quality solutions on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Track expenses and ensure financial objectives are met.
  2. Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, promote collaboration, and clarify roles and responsibilities.
  3. Risk & Scope Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and define project scope to meet business goals.
  4. Communication & Reporting: Keep stakeholders informed through regular updates on progress, milestones, and issues.
  5. Quality & Compliance: Implement quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate project success and identify improvement areas.
  7. Change Management: Develop strategies to manage scope adjustments and requirements changes.
  8. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Address project issues proactively and foster a culture of ongoing process enhancement.
  9. Post-Implementation Review: Conduct reviews to assess success and gather lessons learned for future projects.

Location: Remote with occasional travel to Philadelphia, PA.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred
  • PMP or equivalent certification; Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, ScrumMaster) highly preferred
  • At least 10 years managing IT teams and serving as a program manager, with direct client interaction
  • Minimum 5 years in software management or development
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
