What You’ll Be Doing – Overall Job Description
The Education Services Program Manager will lead initiatives to implement and measure AI-driven efficiencies, aiming to reduce team workload by 40 Full-Time-Equivalent (FTE) hours per week. This role will oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop educational programs that enhance knowledge retention and drive organizational growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions to improve workflow efficiencies, tracking performance metrics to ensure measurable reductions in manual labor.
- Develop and execute strategies to integrate AI tools across teams, identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless administration, user access, and content updates.
- Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and design educational programs that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee the creation, implementation, and evaluation of training initiatives to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Assess and report on AI efficiency improvements, including time savings, cost reductions, and performance outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support AI adoption and training, fostering a culture of innovation and digital transformation.
- Monitor and analyze data related to AI tool performance and training effectiveness, refining programs as needed.
- Stay informed on emerging AI trends and technologies to identify new opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in business, technology, or instructional design preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, technology implementation, or training coordination.
- Proven experience implementing AI-driven efficiencies and automation tools.
- Expertise in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and e-learning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and communicate efficiency improvements.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with SMEs to develop educational programs.
- Ability to assess and enhance training effectiveness using data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-directed with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation technologies, and instructional design best practices.
What’s Good to Know
This is a remote position; however, occasional travel may be required for team onsite events and conferences. Candidates must have a well-equipped home office with reliable internet connectivity.
