Drexel University is seeking a Program Manager to support the Office of Community Health and Inclusive Excellence and oversee the Dornsife Center Community Wellness HUB. Job Summary
This position supports the Office of Community Health and Inclusive Excellence by overseeing the daily operations and programming of the Dornsife Center Community Wellness HUB. This role manages coordinator team functions, including community access to services, patient triage, scheduling, intake processing, documentation, and coordination of clinical service schedules. The Program Manager also oversees communication, invoice and report management, data monitoring, and provider calendars.
In addition, the Program Manager serves as a central connector between the HUB, Drexel University's College of Nursing and Health Professions (CNHP), Drexel College of Medicine (DUCOM), and academic programs. The position is responsible for developing, supporting, coordinating, and implementing health and wellness programming in collaboration with faculty, staff, students, and community partners to ensure services are responsive, impactful, and aligned with the HUB's mission to advance health equity.
This position is grant-funded; employment is contingent upon the continued availability of those funds.

This position is classified as Exempt, grade J. Compensation for this grade ranges from$52,360.00 to $78,530. per year.Please note that the offered rate for thisposition will vary based on thesuccessful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
