A federal government support firm is seeking a Program Manager to support a federal client in Panama City Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will have nine years of experience managing diverse task teams and a thorough understanding of undersea and surface mine countermeasure systems. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage program activities for SMCM and related Navy programs.
• Coordinate with Navy stakeholders to ensure contract milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with Navy acquisition, testing, and ISEA requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver engineering and support services.

Job Requirements

Desired experience

• Nine (9) years of progressively responsible professional experience and demonstrated experience in managing and directing the efforts of diverse task teams in a dynamic environment.
• A thorough understanding of the goals, aims, and technical complexities of undersea and surface mine countermeasure SMCM systems (or U.S. Navy equivalent systems) being developed, modified, or supported by the U.S. Navy.
• Knowledge of the complexities and requirements associated with management of delivery order type engineering support and or maintenance services contracts.
• Working knowledge of Navy acquisition processes, major systems testing and In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) requirements.
• Five (5) years of experience with UMS or related LCS programs.

Security Clearance

• Security clearance required SECRET.
