Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager to oversee IT Infrastructure initiatives, with emphasis on Data Center and Network Infrastructure, Fiber, and Cloud Services. You will ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget while aligning with client and business goals.

The role requires hands-on experience in Data Center and Networking, and expertise in both Waterfall and Agile delivery, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive results.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT Infrastructure programs, including Data Center and Networking initiatives.
• Proven ability to deliver programs on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT services planning, development, implementation, and support for systems solutions: Data Center Technologies, Network Infrastructure, Cloud.
• Lead programs involving data center operations, network upgrades, infrastructure modernization, and cloud connectivity.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, templates, reports, and governance documentation.
