We're Hiring: Program Manager/IT Project Manager – Manufacturing & Engineering Projects

We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager/IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional IT initiatives in a regulated manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in managing engineering or manufacturing projects, and a passion for delivering value through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full project lifecycle including scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
• Drive execution of IT projects in compliance with regulatory and manufacturing standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and stakeholder presentations.
• Liaise between business units, vendors, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Gather and document business/functional requirements, process flows, and test cases.
• Oversee vendor deliverables, system implementation, testing, and post-launch support.
• Execute SDLC documentation and ensure smooth handoff to IT support teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years leading complex projects.
• Proven track record in manufacturing and/or engineering environments.
• Strong grasp of Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries is a strong plus.
