Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Center of Hope Program Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure program compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include training staff, developing services, coordinating with community agencies, and leading monthly partner meetings. A Bachelor's degree in Social Work/Behavioral Science or equivalent experience plus supervisory background is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field; or three years of progressively responsible experience administering and developing social service programs, with one year of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with community agencies for referrals and resources.
  • Facilitate monthly meetings with partner agencies.

Job description

Schedule/Hours: Full-time, Monday – FridayThis position is responsible for:Plans, directs, coordinates, and monitors the day-to-day operations of the Center of Hope program; develops, implements, and evaluates program operations and services; supervises all program staff; and ensures work is in compliance with established policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulations.Key Responsibilities:Plans, directs, and supervises the work of assigned staff; trains employees in the proper methods and procedures; monitors work in progress and upon completion to ensure accuracy and completeness.Carries up to 4 caseloads when needed.Develops, implements, and evaluates program services based on changing needs of clientele; develops programs to assist in the stabilization of individuals and families; conducts assessments to identify the program’s strengths and weaknesses.Coordinates and communicates standard operating procedures for the program to ensure uniformity across the entire program.Builds and maintains effective working relationships with community agencies in order to maintain awareness of resources and make appropriate referrals.Facilitates monthly meetings with members and partner agencies.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:Ability to meet attendance requirements, which includes working weeknight evenings.Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language effectively.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.Ability to perform public speaking.Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting, and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.) 5-10% of work time.Duties are usually performed seated.
