Job summary

SoloPoint Solutions (Wisconsin) seeks an experienced program manager to lead customer programs from order intake to delivery, acting as the main liaison for schedule, scope, and change management. You will track costs, support pricing, and drive cross-functional execution across operations, scheduling, supply chain, and quality.

The role requires 5–6 years in EMS or similar electronics manufacturing, SMT/PCBA knowledge, and strong customer relationship skills with high integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5–6 years of program management experience within electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or closely related electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in SMT/PCBA, with knowledge of PCB assembly processes (SMT and wave soldering).
  • Proven ability to manage technical customer accounts, including quoting support, program cost tracking, and customer-facing pricing conversations.
  • Working knowledge of quality systems and regulated environments, including exposure to ITAR and/or ISO-based quality management systems.
  • Experience building strong customer relationships; high emotional intelligence, patience, integrity, and comfort handling difficult conversations.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management concepts and cross-functional execution across operations, quality, and supply chain.
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer program execution from order intake through delivery, serving as the primary customer-facing point of contact for schedule, scope, and change management.
  • Track program financials including program costs and quoting inputs; support pricing updates and communicate pricing changes to customers as needed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across operations, scheduling, supply chain, and quality to achieve delivery, cost, and performance targets.
  • Lead customer communications related to delays, product issues, and test or quality failures, driving alignment on recovery plans and next steps.
  • Maintain floor-level awareness of manufacturing flow and constraints, using operational knowledge of SMT/PCBA processes to support program decisions.
