We are excited to announce the opening of our new technology headquarters in Mesa, Arizona in 2025. This expansion reflects our commitment to growth and innovation in the climate solutions industry.

As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a Program Manager to join its team!

An overview of your responsibilities:

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy to delivery. You’ll oversee multiple related projects, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive measurable outcomes.

• Define and maintain the program vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Coordinate and integrate deliverables across multiple projects.
• Oversee program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Engage and align stakeholders across business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Provide transparent reporting and governance for executive leadership.

What you'll need, among other things!

• 8+ years in project/program management with large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record delivering programs on time, within budget, and meeting business objectives.
• Experience in leading programs in manufacturing environment and experience with enterprise applications such as CRM, PLM, ERP, MES would be a plus
• Proven track record with Agile Delivery of Software Programs
• Experience working with Jira would be nice to have
