Job summary

Premier Group in Landover, MD is seeking a full-time Program Manager to bridge government stakeholders and project teams, driving execution with clear communication, accountability, and quality control.

You'll develop detailed project management plans, coordinate staffing and logistics, lead kickoff meetings within 30 days, and monitor progress with monthly status reports and invoices. A DoD background is preferred.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience, including federal contract delivery.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with government stakeholders.
• Ability to travel for quarterly in-person check-ins at Joint Base Andrews, MD and regional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project management plan (PMP) to coordinate staffing, labor, quality, and site visits.
• Lead a regional kickoff meeting within 30 days of task award and oversee installation-level meetings.
• Coordinate bi-weekly teleconferences with the COR to align team members.
• Prepare and submit monthly status reports and engineer invoices to monitor progress and costs.
• Conduct weekly production reviews and adjust operations to meet the installation schedule.
• Track DoD information requirements and ensure training access for analysts; support PM operations.
