Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualifiedProgram Managerto lead mission-critical software development projects for Federal agencies. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for Government representatives while managing every aspect of contract performance. You will leverage your expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, program management, and leadership to deliver innovative solutions in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
As part of our dynamic team of problem-solvers, you’ll be driving the successful execution of programs and enabling government missions through emerging and open technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between VivSoft and Government representatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment on contract goals.
• Oversee all aspects of program management, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with requirements outlined in the PWS.
• Lead diverse, multidisciplinary teams to execute program objectives efficiently.
• Provide mentorship and direction to team members across various labor categories and skillsets.
• Ensure team performance aligns with Time and Material/Labor Hour and Firm-Fixed-Price contracting requirements within Federal environments.
• Maintain high standards for the content, management, and quality of work performed under the contract.
• Provide detailed reports and updates to government stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure competent fill-ins or replacements for the Program Manager position during any absence, maintaining continuity in program leadership.
• Stay conversant with all aspects of the PWS objectives, ensuring all contractual and regulatory obligations are met.

Skills Required:

• Candidate must be willing to obtain Public Trust Clerance
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent.
• DevOps Certified Agile Service Manager is a plus.
• 10+ years of project management experience with a strong emphasis on Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
• 5+ years leading and coordinating teams in Time and Material/Labor Hour and Firm-Fixed-Price contracting environments within Federal agencies.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects of similar scope as outlined in the PWS.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $170,000.
