Job Description

ProSidian is seeking a HR Compensation Program Manager (HRC1) to support a federal financial regulatory agency, one of two agencies providing deposit insurance to depositors in American depository institutions. This role is based near Washington, DC (Remote) and involves supporting Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance Sector clients as part of a Key Personnel Cadre (Program Manager). The position requires providing Employee Compensation, Pay for Performance, and Classification Consulting Services, including review and evaluation of compensation programs, salary structures, locality pay, pay setting, and related areas.

The team will evaluate the client's current compensation policies and practices, providing expertise in compensation and classification services. Responsibilities include researching HR programs, assessing current policies, analyzing proposals, designing recommendations, developing implementation strategies, and supporting communication and education efforts. The role also involves conducting surveys, data collection, consulting with senior management, advising on legislative and regulatory changes, and reviewing job descriptions and evaluations.

Qualifications include extensive experience in designing and implementing HR programs, especially in large, geographically dispersed organizations, with expertise in compensation, classification, and federal regulations. The Program Manager should possess an MS in business administration, human resources, or a related field, with at least 10 years of professional management consulting experience, and a minimum of 15 years in human resources consulting or management, emphasizing compensation.
