Responsibilities

  • Create a plan using an established implementation process for each client program, with milestones, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Lead kickoff meetings and guide clients through program preparation, explaining information and decisions needed at each step.
  • Coordinate clear, timely communication among clients, facilitators, internal teams, and vendors, and follow through on commitments.
  • Manage several programs at once in a fast-paced environment; track progress, update project records, and communicate changes promptly.
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling, delivery, and client concerns; involve the right people when an issue needs support.
  • Coordinate facilitator schedules, travel, and program milestones.
  • Confirm practical details with clients and venues, including agendas, participant lists, room setup, audiovisual equipment, shipping, and international travel documentation when needed.
  • Coordinate with printing partners and other vendors to produce and deliver training materials on schedule.

Position Purpose

Guide clients through the planning and delivery of their sales training programs. Serve as each client’s single point of contact, keeping timelines, people, and details aligned while providing a responsive, positive client experience.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Lead kickoff meetings and guide clients through program preparation, explaining what information and decisions are needed at each step.
  • Coordinate clear, timely communication among clients, facilitators, internal teams, and vendors, and follow through on commitments.
  • Manage several programs at once in a fast-paced environment; track progress, update project records, and communicate changes promptly.

  • Experience with Monday.com or other project management software.
Education/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Three years of program/project management or client-facing experience in professional services.
