The Program Manager is responsible for leading customer programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality expectations. • Strong technical understanding of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and system-level builds.




• Proven experience managing multiple programs and priorities simultaneously in a manufacturing environment.




• Experience working with ERP systems to support program execution and reporting.




• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.




• Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.




• Ability to analyze program performance and drive effective problem-solving initiatives.




• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
