Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support customer programs in the Flex PCB/electronics manufacturing field. You will serve as the primary interface between customers, engineering, operations and manufacturing to drive development, quotations, project execution and ongoing production support.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PCB/Flex PCB manufacturing, engineering, program management, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication drawings, BOMs, electronic schematics, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience supporting customer programs within electronics manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, ECAM, or related engineering software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding current and new programs
  • Manage customer relationships and support new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Prepare and submit quotations, pricing proposals, and cost reduction initiatives
  • Review customer design requirements and coordinate DFM/DRC feedback
  • Support project planning activities, milestones, and delivery schedules
  • Participate in customer meetings, design reviews, and technical discussions
  • Coordinate issue resolution between customers, suppliers, overseas teams, and internal departments
  • Support Early Supplier Involvement (ESI) activities and DOE coordination
  • Drive process improvement, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives
  • Prepare forecasts and support program reporting activities
  • Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong business relationships
  • Gather industry trends and competitive market information
  • Coordinate conference calls and project updates with global teams as needed

Position Summary
