• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience in electronics contract manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PCBAs and system-level builds.
• Experience managing multiple programs and ERP-based reporting.
• PMP certification is a plus.

• Lead customer programs through all phases of planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and customer teams to define scope and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Monitor program performance and identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate resources across multiple projects to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Facilitate regular program reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Track deliverables and ensure projects meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
• Manage customer expectations and provide timely updates on status and performance.
• Utilize ERP systems to monitor program activity and production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program execution and efficiency.
