Jobot is seeking a senior-level Program Manager to oversee complex aerospace and defense electronics manufacturing programs in a high-mix, low-volume environment. You will manage customer relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive execution across multiple PCB programs valued at $25M+.

Travel up to 30% to customer sites may be required; you will collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain and manufacturing to deliver on-time results while maintaining the highest

Qualificações

• 7+ years of Program Management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale manufacturing or defense-related programs.
• Aerospace & Defense background strongly preferred.
• Contract management experience.
• Technical manufacturing background highly desired.
• Experience in electronics, PCB manufacturing, or complex assemblies is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
