Evlo AI is hiring a results-oriented Project Manager to drive software delivery end-to-end across engineering, product, and design teams. You will own planning, execution, and risk management for multiple concurrent sprints, translating roadmap goals into clear timelines, owners, and measurable outcomes.

You will lead sprint ceremonies, maintain backlog health in Jira, and coordinate dependencies across teams to keep releases on schedule.

Competenze

• 4–7 years of project or program management experience in software development environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira, Confluence, and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• CSPO or PMP/ACP a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to produce status reports and RAID logs.
• Comfortable discussing APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and technical tradeoffs with engineers.

• Own project plans and delivery timelines for 2-3 concurrent engineering initiatives, tracking scope, dependencies, and risks from kickoff through launch.
• Run sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, retros) and maintain backlog health in Jira alongside product owners.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across engineering, QA, design, and infrastructure teams to keep releases on schedule.
• Build and maintain delivery dashboards in Jira, Confluence, and Looker, reporting velocity, milestone status, and blockers to leadership.
• Identify and escalation risks early, driving mitigation plans and tradeoff decisions with technical leads.
• Manage release readiness processes, including go/no-go checklists, staging validation, and post-launch retrospectives.
• Document processes and continuously improve delivery workflows, testing cadence, and handoff procedures.

About The Role

The role drives software delivery end-to-end: coordinating engineering, product, and design teams to ship features and platform work on schedule without sacrificing quality.

You will own planning, execution, and risk management for multiple concurrent sprints and cross-team initiatives, translating roadmap goals into clear timelines, owners, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project plans and delivery timelines for 2-3 concurrent engineering initiatives, tracking scope, dependencies, and risks from kickoff through launch
• Run sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, retros) and maintain backlog health in Jira alongside product owners
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across engineering, QA, design, and infrastructure teams to keep releases on schedule
• Build and maintain delivery dashboards in Jira, Confluence, and Looker, reporting velocity, milestone status, and blockers to leadership
• Identify and escalation risks early, driving mitigation plans and tradeoff decisions with technical leads
• Manage release readiness processes, including go/no-go checklists, staging validation, and post-launch retrospectives

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of project or program management experience in software development environments
• Hands-on expertise with Jira, Confluence, and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); CSPO or PMP/ACP a plus
• Track record of delivering complex, multi-team technical projects on schedule
• Strong written communication; able to produce clear status reports, RAID logs, and executive summaries
• Comfortable working with engineers - able to discuss APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and technical tradeoffs credibly
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: Experience with OKR-driven planning, SaFe or dual-track agile, or supporting infrastructure/migration projects
