Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented and motivated Program Manager to join our security business unit in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on leading integration projects related to M&A, coordinating across stakeholders, and delivering on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in program/integration management, strong leadership, and experience with sourcing, procurement, and vendor programs. The position offers a salary range of $110,000–$160,000 annually plus bonus and

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma; plus five years’ experience in Program Management.
  • 5+ years’ experience in an Integration-type role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Working knowledge of Visio.
  • Proficiency with project planning tools (Smartsheet) and Microsoft platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead stakeholders from order to cash integration and coordinate cross-discipline teams to meet requirements and schedules.
  • Reports weekly/bi-weekly status of integrations to senior leaders.
  • Coordinate cross-discipline team members to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality.
  • Meet with project teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submit project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
  • Facilitate change requests and communicate impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate development of user manuals, training materials for handover to clients.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with clients; manage vendor programs.
  • Use industry best practices across project execution.
  • Support across multiple time zones, especially West Coast Time.
  • Travel approximately 20% of the role.

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Program Manager to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Individual should possess experience in the customers involvement pertaining to developing, identifying change management to support integration of M&A
  • Lead stakeholders from order to cash integration
  • Reports weekly/bi-weekly status of Integrations to Senior Leaders
  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
  • Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
  • Experience with sourcing and procurement and building a vendor program
  • Solid analytical and computer skills
  • Results-oriented, metrics-driven leader with expertise in purchasing, supplier collaboration, development, and compliance
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Support across multiple time zones specifically West Coast Time
  • Travel approximately 20% of role
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma; plus, five (5) years’ experience in Program Management
  • 5+ years’ experience in an Integration type role
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Outstanding team building and leadership skills
  • Working knowledge of Visio
  • Strong computer skills based around project plan, smart sheet, and Microsoft platforms

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$160,000 annually.This position is bonus eligible. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
