Job Description:

Experienced Program Manager to support both technical and business process-driven implementations to ensure successful, measurable outcomes. Under the oversight of the HR Governance and Strategic Execution group, project managers will lead large projects and programs with technical and business process requirements, following the formal SDLC (software development life-cycle) framework for risk mitigation and quality control, as well as all Enterprise Change Management requirements. Project plans will include milestones for all stages of the project lifecycle, including collection of business requirements, build/configuration, testing, implementation, and change management such as communication and training plans. Project Managers will build, maintain, track, and report on all aspects of a project plan, including dependencies with change management and communications, providing meaningful metrics for status, raising issues, and actively managing risk. The project manager may also lead a project team and collaborate across end users.

1. Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise.

2. Focus of role is on executing the strategic direction of business activities.

3. Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues.

Years of Experience:

Over 15+ years of extensive technical and business knowledge and functional expertise, or equivalent experience.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

• In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge required.

• Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
