Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Program Manager, Vision Monitoring to oversee the day-to-day operations of our at-home vision monitoring programs. This individual will manage internal teams, ensure successful patient and practice enrollment, drive program growth, and facilitate cross-department collaboration to deliver a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on improving program outcomes and patient experience.

This role is 100% remote with no face-to-face contact with patients. We have a “remote first” environment with team members nationwide.

Essential Functions
Frontline Clinical Management
  • Lead and manage remote patient monitoring specialists for high performance and effective service delivery.
  • Lead and manage app onboarding and monitoring specialists.
  • Develop and track departmental scorecards to manage team performance.
  • Oversee forecast, staffing, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
Vision Monitoring Program Management
  • Implement policies & procedures for onboarding personnel and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Develop operational guidelines for patient monitoring and data reporting.
  • Integrate workflows into existing care pathways.
  • Create SOPs and materials to expand the program.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing for onboarding and support.
  • Support sales in selling and implementing Vision Monitoring.
  • Gather user feedback for app enhancements.
  • Collaborate with app development for user experience improvements.
  • Partner with Quality, Training & Compliance teams for audits and training.
  • Ensure seamless patient enrollment processes.
Data Monitoring And Reporting
  • Monitor program progress with Data team.
  • Develop dashboards in Amazon Quicksight for KPIs and metrics.
Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in program management, healthcare, or technology.
  • Extensive experience in Remote Patient Monitoring or similar healthcare programs (required).
  • Experience working in cross-functional startup environments.
  • Strong leadership managing teams in fast-paced settings.
Required Skills
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Amazon Quicksight, Excel/Sheets).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of customer feedback and app enhancement processes.
  • Understanding of patient enrollment and healthcare operations.
Physical Requirements
  • Home office or HIPAA-compliant workspace.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Ability to hear, speak, and participate in virtual meetings.
Work Environment

Dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload). Workspace must be private, HIPAA compliant, and suitable for confidential patient data handling. Camera use during virtual meetings is required.
