Job summary

KIMCHUK INC is seeking a Program Manager to lead customer orders from award through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and compliant program execution. You will head cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to meet contract requirements.

The role requires strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders, risk management, and the ability to drive pricing, quoting, and proposals. This is a full-time position based in CT.

Qualifications

• BS/BA diploma in management or a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience of program management within a regulated industry preferably within the Defense/Aerospace industry.
• Minimum 5 years Electronic Manufacturing Services or Manufacturing.
• CAPM or PMP certification is preferred.
• Proven experience as a program manager in a similar environment.
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.

• Own overall program performance including cost, schedule, scope, quality, and risk.
• Drive program outcomes through management of Customer Order entry, change orders, scheduling, document control, production planning, maintaining main point of contact for internal and external customer communications.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and opportunities.
• Support pricing, quoting, and proposal development activities.
• Resolve issues that impact delivery, quality, or cost.
• Keep senior management and customers informed with regular detailed and accurate reports or presentations as needed.

JOB SUMMARY

The Program Manager is responsible for the successful execution of customer orders from contract award through delivery and closeout. This role ensures programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with customer, contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements. The Program Manager serves as the primary customer interface and leads cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.
