Responsibilities include: strategizing, implementing, and maintaining program initiatives; adhering to organizational objectives; managing project teams; resolving high-scope issues; collaborating with cross-functional teams; developing scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines; managing budgets; identifying and mitigating program risks; and producing program reports. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with strong communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is essential.
