The Program Manager also acts as a liaison to support the treatment team, clinical services, and direct care staff. With a keen eye for detail, the Program Manager will ensure appropriate documentation of client progress, incident fact sheets, utilization of special treatment procedures and develop operational systems.

EDUCATION

High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

A minimum of five (5) years' experience in a residential-based treatment facility including management experience, planning, resource allocation, training, and performance management

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

• Must maintain a valid Georgia state driver's license.
• Current CPR-can be obtained on-site upon employment
• Current HWC - can be obtained on-site upon employment
