Lockheed Martin in Dallas, Texas seeks a Program Production Lead for the Sapphire Product Line. You will help establish production designs and factory capacities, oversee design/fabrication/qualification of new test and manufacturing equipment, and deliver all non‑recurring activities for upcoming deliveries and ramps.

The role requires collaboration with the Program Manager and Chief Engineer, leading manufacturing system design, producibility, automation, budgeting, and capital planning.

Our team is responsible for establishing production designs and factory capacities for the entire Sapphire Product Line, managing design/fabrication/qualification of new test and manufacturing equipment, and delivering all non‑recurring activities associated with upcoming deliveries and ramps.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Program Production Lead you will be responsible for all activities under Production Operations and will liaison heavily with the Program Manager and Chief Engineer on program.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Design and execution of the Manufacturing System
• Producibility and resiliency of the design
• Development and execution of an automation strategy

Basic Qualifications

• Experience within Production Operations Management on large Production and/or Developmental Programs.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
