Booz Allen Hamilton in San Diego is seeking a Program Management Specialist, Mid to support a Navy cybersecurity program office. You will engage with stakeholders across engineering, acquisition, finance, contracts, and logistics to develop briefings and report program status to Navy leadership.
You will track actions, schedules, costs, and performance metrics while performing data analysis and business case analyses with advanced visualizations for diverse audiences.
Provides program management support directly to an Assistant Program Manager within a Navy cybersecurity program office. Engages with multiple stakeholders across engineering, acquisition, finance, contracts, and logistics functions. Develops comprehensive briefings and communicates program status to Navy leadership. Tracks critical action items, schedules, costs, and performance metrics.
Analyses requirements, budgets, and schedules to perform management and business case analyses. Collects, organizes, and interprets data using advanced visualization techniques tailored to various audiences.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by location, education, skills, and organizational requirements.

Remote: may require occasional in‑person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
