Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Program Management Specialist to support an Integrated Product Team Lead within a Navy cybersecurity division in a role focused on analysis, reporting and data-driven decision support. The candidate will engage with engineering, acquisition, finance, contracts and logistics to maintain program health and key metrics.

Responsibilities include developing briefings, tracking schedules and budgets, and communicating status to Navy leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience developing ROMs and SOWs.
  • Proficient in data management, analysis and visualization.
  • Experience with Navy cybersecurity test and evaluation projects.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to independently manage schedule, cost and performance metrics.

Program Management Specialist, Lead The Opportunity

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced program management specialist, who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll provides program management support directly to an Integrated Product Team Lead within a Navy warfare center cybersecurity division. You will engage with multiple stakeholders across engineering, acquisition, finance, contracts, and logistics functions, while developing comprehensive briefings and communicating program status to Navy leadership. You will track critical action items, schedules, costs, and performance metrics and analyze requirements, budgets, and schedules to perform management and business case analyses. The program management specialist will collect, organize, and interpret data using advanced visualization techniques tailored to various audiences. Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have
  • 4+ years of experience developing Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROM) and Statements of Work (SOW)
  • 4+ years of experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization techniques
  • Experience working within Navy cybersecurity test and evaluation product teams
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member to manage schedule, cost, and performance metrics
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience in project management
  • Associate's degree and 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in project management

  • Experience conducting organizational studies and work simplification measurements
  • Knowledge of the DOT&E Cyber Test and Evaluation processes
  • Ability to prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating efficiently
  • Possession of excellent organizational and critical thinking skills

  • PMI PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
